I hold a Master of Science degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Palm Beach Atlantic University. As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), I have over 30 years of experience in Christian counseling, primarily supporting parents, families, couples, and individuals in addressing unresolved childhood trauma.

In addition to my work in trauma-informed care, I have experience working with addiction, child welfare, and within non-profit community mental health foster and adoptive agency. I am fluent in both Portuguese and English, which allows me to serve a broader and more diverse client base effectively.

Specializing in evidence-based practices like Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), I am committed to facilitating deep emotional healing and guiding clients through their unique journeys with compassion and expertise.
